Online Service Association (OSA) was founded in 2001 by Mr. R.B. Kushwah, an advocate who turned his personal loss into a mission for humanity. After losing his wife, Late Smt. Divanti Kushwah, in a tragic road accident where timely medical help could not be reached, he decided no other life should suffer the same fate. Leaving behind his legal profession, he dedicated his entire life to serving accident victims and society.
Starting with a second-hand ambulance, OSA began its journey of providing instant aid to accident victims – available on just one call. Over time, the organization expanded its work to dignified last rites for unidentified bodies, having respectfully disposed of more than 4,000 unknown bodies so far.
OSA also works for the homeless and helpless, providing them shelter and medical care. A major focus area is support for blood-related diseases, spreading awareness, connecting patients to treatment, and ensuring access to government schemes that often remain unknown to the common man.
The NGO is equally committed to women empowerment, creating livelihood opportunities and supporting SHGs (Self Help Groups). Through its efforts, OSA has helped over 10,000+ people benefit from government schemes directly.
In its unique environmental initiative, OSA collaborated with local Gaushalas to collect cow dung and developed a machine that converts it into eco-friendly wooden sticks. These are used in cremations and other purposes, reducing deforestation and promoting sustainable practices.
In recognition of these noble efforts, OSA was honored with the Real Heroes Award (2011) by ICC-IBN in collaboration with Reliance Industries
We envision a world where humanity stands above all differences and every individual finds care, dignity, and support in times of need.
Our dream is to build a society where compassion is not limited to words but reflected in action, where service becomes a shared responsibility, and where no one feels abandoned or forgotten.
Through collective effort, awareness, and empowerment, we aim to create a culture of kindness that inspires generations to serve with love, respect, and integrity.

We commit ourselves to serve accident victims, homeless, and helpless, ensuring timely support and dignity for all.

By spreading awareness, empowering communities, and guiding people, we aim to bring positive and lasting change in society.

We believe in turning compassion into action, delivering practical solutions that improve lives and inspire humanity.
Over two decades of Hope and Healing.
For over 24 years, Online Service Association (OSA) has been a symbol of hope, humanity, and compassion. What started in 2001 with a single second-hand ambulance has today become a lifeline for countless people. From rushing accident victims to hospitals on time, to giving a dignified farewell to unknown bodies, OSA has stood by those who had no one else. The organization has extended its mission further by providing shelter to the homeless, spreading awareness and support for blood-related diseases, empowering women through livelihood programs, and connecting thousands of people with government schemes. Every initiative reflects OSA’s commitment to saving lives, bringing dignity, and creating a compassionate society. With dedication and service as its foundation, OSA continues its journey to ensure that no life is left without care, respect, and support.
The Managing Committee of OSA is the backbone of the organization, guiding its vision and ensuring smooth operations. Formed by dedicated individuals with years of experience in social service, the committee takes key decisions to strengthen our mission and expand our impact. From planning welfare initiatives to monitoring ongoing projects, the committee works with transparency and accountability.
